RESILIENCE PROJECT

The Charlotte Resilience Project is a community initiative focused on raising awareness on the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma and toxic stress on early brain development. The project exists to provide information and resources, foster resilience and embed these principles of support in the Charlotte area community. The project is a philanthropic partnership between the John M. Belk Endowment, Winer Family Foundation, Foundation for the Carolinas, The Sklut Foundation, Children’s Medical Fund  and Mitchell’s Fund
